Chef Owner Tomonori Nagai comes from three generations of offshore fishermen from Fukkushima, Japan. His career has spanned over 25 years with the most prestigious sushiyas in Japan and around the world, including Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo, and Michelin-starred Shinji in Singapore. It is his dream and honor to present to you an authentic Edomae sushi experience at Nagai Edomae Sushi.
