Our fish are sourced exclusively from the Tokyo Bay Fish Market in Japan, with integrity and the kindest support of our responsible and trusted fish suppliers. Our rice is sourced from a private Japanese supplier whose beginnings date back to the Edo period.

 

We serve purely Edomae sushi, the simplest and purest form of sushi, with the most superior quality ingredients. We welcome you to join us for dinner.
