Reservations are available online only through Tock. Each dinner seating is limited to eight (8) guests.

MENU PRICE
One prix fixe omakase menu priced at $235 per person/seat, with a mandatory operation fee of 17% applied to all items ordered. Please note that this fee is not a gratuity or tip, but is designated to cover operational costs and maintain our high standards of service and is subject to tax. Optional gratuity is appreciated and goes 100% to our staff. We’re grateful for your support!
What the Operational Support Fee Covers:
Restaurant Upkeep: Maintenance of our kitchen, fine dining environment, and artisan serveware. Premium Ingredients: Sustainably sourced, seasonally driven ingredients, and exclusive specialty imports. Select ingredients are handpicked only during their peak seasons to ensure pristine quality. Staff Support: Competitive wages, benefits, and ongoing training for our team.
CORKAGE FEE
$65 per 750ml and smaller for the first three bottles. $90 per 751-1800ml. Beyond three bottles, an additional $50 fee will be applied.
LATE POLICY
Due to the nature of the omakase experience, we hold the first seating up to 15 minutes to ensure we accommodate the second seating at 8:00pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be issued a full deposit refund. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be subject to a fee of $100.00 per person charged to the payment method used to secure your reservation.
RESCHEDULING RESERVATIONS
Your reservation can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the time of the reservation. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.

CHILD POLICY
Due to the length of our omakase dinner service we politely suggest young children stay at home. We welcome mature children who will fully participate in the omakase experience.

Accommodations for certain dietary requests may not be available due to the nature of our menu. We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate gluten or vegetarian requests, we are committed to serving only authentic Edomae sushi.
